Training courses

Training courses will be held on client premises, in rooms equipped with adequate computer support. To this end, The Red Point team will create a Routes virtual laboratory environment which will reflect the client environment where the system was deployed, so that each user will work in conditions similar or identical to the ones in that organization.

Also, note that during a Routes instruction session module, only courses of a specific type (for a specific module) will be held; this is why all users sharing common tasks must attend each course.

The training will fuse theory (concepts uses and handled by Routes, the way operations are performed and the results this system may generate etc) with practice, which involves a hands-on approach to the system.

Training course development may be tailored and created together with client personnel, focusing on areas that users believe require additional training. The user training program will be created by the deployment team manager together with the training team, and will eventually be discussed with the coordinating representative of the client, who will give the go-ahead.

By client demand, each training module may be completed by a review, with exams organized to check knowledge the trainees have acquired.
