The User module

Users may log in to the system by entering authentication data: user name and password. The user module is only accessible for the system administrator and serves to create new users and associate user rights and roles to them.

The main screen of the module displays the list of all users in the current traffic outline. A user may be detailed by adding the information below:

  • user name;
  • user’s real name;
  • account status: active, inactive; an inactive user cannot log in;
  • the regional subsidiary where the user operates;
  • log-in date and time (if the user is logged in);
  • date and time of last operation performed (if the user is logged in);
  • other info, such as: home and e-mail address, dept., position, telephone, fax, webpage;
  •  user rights.

This module supports the following operations:

  • adding and deleting a user account;
